Prior to booking, Marco was very helpful at dealing with my queries and the documentation I was sent was re-assuring. There was a Slight delay on arrival as driver had piece of paper with different names on each side and was holding up the side with a different name. Luckily I was hanging round and saw her briefly turn the sign over and spotted my name. The rest was plain sailing and we had a good smooth ride to our hotel.
